Mike Keymer

Mike Keymer is an engineer and business leader with broad experience helping small companies grow and thrive.  As the leader of the New Ventures practice at Right Start Consulting, Mike has helped many startups and early-stage companies with strategy, IP, sales & marketing, product development, and financing needs.  Prior to his work as a startup consultant, Mike was the Vice President of Operations for Gannon Technologies Group, a high-tech R&D firm serving federal government clients, and Litigation Systems Inc., which he led through a turnaround to profitability.  Mike holds engineering degrees from Washington University in St. Louis and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management.

 

Fabián Rosado

Co-Founder and Managing Director

Fabián Rosado has over twelve years of experience advising executives at Fortune 1000 firms, federal government agencies, and startup companies in the areas of strategy, operations, and finance.  He is the founder of Right Start Consulting, a management consulting firm targeted to startups, small businesses, and government entities.  Fabián has broad experience helping companies launch operations and raise debt and equity capital.  He is an active member of New Dominion Angels, a Northern Virginia angel investment group. Fabián holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Yale University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
