Our Topspin Venture Funds selectively provide seed investment and venture capital financing to support the launch and growth of Topspin’s incubated spinoff companies. Seed funds are generally provided on a matching basis, with an equal contribution invested by the technology-originating parent company. We may also provide convertible debenture instruments. These financing tools provide mechanisms that allow the technology-originating parent company to co-launch the spinoff company rapidly and with far less risk than a self-launched spinoff venture.
